dc.description | This research sought to evaluate the impact of the work environment on the operation of Tecnicentro el Trueno in the city of Babahoyo, evidence of questions that must be improved such as training, communication between employees, multidisciplinary work and motivation techniques, which will allow the work to meet expectations and obtain an affective work environment. This study classified as mixed qualitative-quantitative, it was necessary to resort to information from several authors, types and research methods such as: inductive, deductive and historical - logical method, to obtain the information techniques such as interview with the General Manager, Head of Inventory and Supervisor of the financial administrative department were used, in addition to surveys of employees belonging to the department, it was evaluated using Ishikawa's theory, work environment consolidation matrix and SWOT. The results show that the climate in the company is not ideal, which causes job dissatisfaction and failure to meet business objectives. There is a direct relationship between the work environment and the performance of the workers at Tecnicentro El Trueno in the city of Babahoyo, since an inadequate climate causes job dissatisfaction as well as failure to meet the stated objectives, thus altering the levels of emotional stability and performance of its workers. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación buscó evaluar la incidencia del clima laboral en la operatividad de Tecnicentro el trueno en la cuidad de Babahoyo, evidencia interrogante que deben ser mejoradas como capacitación, comunicación entre los colaboradores, trabajo multidisciplinario y técnicas de motivación, lo que permitirá que el trabajo cumpla con las expectativas y obtener un ambiente laboral afectivo. Este estudio catalogado como mixto cuali-cuantitativo, fue necesario recurrir a información de varios autores, tipos y métodos de investigación tales como: método inductivo, deductivo e histórico – lógico, para obtener la información se utilizó técnicas como entrevista a la Gerente General, Jefe de inventario y Supervisor del departamento administrativo financiero, además de encuestas a colaboradores perteneciente al departamento, se evaluó mediante la teoría de Ishikawa, matriz de consolidación de ambientes de trabajo y FODA. Los resultados demuestran que el clima en la empresa no es el idóneo lo que provoca insatisfacción laboral e incumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales, existe una relación directa entre el Clima laboral y la operatividad de los trabajadores de Tecnicentro el trueno en la cuidad de Babahoyo, ya que un clima inadecuado provoca insatisfacción laboral como también el incumplimiento de los objetivos planteados, alterando así los niveles de estabilidad emocional y desempeño en sus trabajadores. | es_ES |
