En el periodo 2023, la empresa enfrenta el desafío de administrar de manera óptima sus recursos humanos, financieros, materiales y operacionales para mantenerse competitiva en el mercado local. En primer lugar, la gestión de recursos humanos en el multicomercio implica atraer, capacitar y retener empleados comprometidos, lo cual es fundamental para proporcionar un servicio de calidad a los clientes.
