dc.description | This case study focuses on analyzing the performance of customer service at SPORTBET, a company specialized in sports forecasts in the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas, during the year 2023. The main focus is on the quality of service provided to users, as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty in a highly competitive environment. Throughout 2023, SPORTBET implemented various strategies to improve the customer experience, which included training its staff, optimizing communication channels, and improving internal processes related to user service. Likewise, customer satisfaction was constantly monitored through surveys and analysis, in order to identify areas for improvement and adapt the services offered to market expectations. The results showed that, although there was an increase in customer satisfaction thanks to these improvements, there were still areas of opportunity, especially in complaint resolution and service personalization. Through this study, it was concluded that the loyalty strategy that the company currently applies does not attract the attention of customers, it does not incentivize users. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio enfocado en analizar el desempeño del servicio al cliente en SPORTBET, una empresa especializada en pronósticos deportivos en la ciudad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas, durante el año 2023. El enfoque principal se centra en la calidad de la atención brindada a los usuarios, así como en la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes en un entorno altamente competitivo. A lo largo de 2023, SPORTBET implementó diversas estrategias para mejorar la experiencia del cliente, lo que incluyó la capacitación de su personal, la optimización de canales de comunicación, y la mejora de procesos internos relacionados con la atención al usuario. Asimismo, se realizó un seguimiento constante de la satisfacción del cliente mediante encuestas y análisis, con el fin de identificar áreas de mejora y adaptar los servicios ofrecidos a las expectativas del mercado. Los resultados mostraron que, aunque hubo un aumento en la satisfacción de los clientes gracias a estas mejoras, todavía existían áreas de oportunidad, especialmente en la resolución de quejas y en la personalización del servicio.
