dc.description | Avícola Timarsu, located in Babahoyo, has serious management problems that affect its efficiency and reduce its competitiveness in the region. In 2023, the organization suffered from organizational problems, poor strategic planning, outdated control systems, poor human resource management, lack of timely information on financial problems, poor relationship with suppliers, and lack of technology. the following aspects affect both employee productivity and the company's profitability. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to describe Timarsu's management process, identify the existing methodology, evaluate the performance of its employees and propose solutions. A descriptive evaluation with the minimum evident methodology consisting of an interview with the manager, an employee survey and direct observation is the best option for this purpose. Thirty employees with more than one year of experience participated in the survey process, and the data was processed in Excel to compile an accurate picture of the current situation. The following results of the study revealed multiple areas for improvement and some operational strengths. Inadequate internal communication, lack of a regular training program, managers' negative perception of employee productivity, and improper dispute resolution are just a few of the areas noted as weaknesses. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La empresa Avícola Timarsu, ubicada en Babahoyo, tiene graves problemas en su administración que afectan su eficiencia y disminuyen su competitividad en la región. En 2023, la organización padeció problemas en la organización, la mala planificación estratégica, los sistemas de control desactualizados, la mala administración de los recursos humanos, la falta de información oportuna sobre problemas financieros, la relación deficiente con los proveedores y la falta de tecnología. los siguientes aspectos afectan tanto la productividad de los empleados como la rentabilidad de la empresa. Por lo tanto, el propósito de este proyecto es describir el proceso de administración de Timarsu, identificar la metodología existente, evaluar el desempeño de sus empleados y proponer soluciones. Una evaluación descriptiva con la metodología mínimo evidente que consiste en una entrevista con el director, una encuesta para los empleados y la observación directa es la mejor opción para este propósito.
