dc.description | The school inclusion in the regular school of children with different abilities is a fact in the educational centers of our country. I carried out this work with the objective of knowing the Active Methodological Strategies applied to teachers to care for girls with needs special educational units of the La Ronda Educational Unit.
Children have special educational needs that after an assessment and diagnosis by a specialist, and why not a teacher deems it appropriate, the task is arduous and training is of vital importance, as long as the administrative part provides follow-up necessary.
Teachers still need to apply a variety of strategies to address educational diversity in the best way, which is why teachers must commit to applying innovative and motivating strategies to achieve quality learning.
Through this research, the problems that these teachers present in the application of appropriate strategies in the different special educational needs that come to school, the lack of appropriate resources for each special educational needs, the little training of educational authorities to prepare to teachers for this modality, that is why this work is of utmost importance because it will make us reflect on the importance of good teacher preparation and also the value of the work to more successfully address inclusivity. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La inclusión escolar en la escuela regular de niños con capacidades diferentes es un hecho en los centros educativos de nuestro país, este trabajo lo realicé con el objetivo de conocer las Estrategias Metodológicas Activas aplicadas a los docentes para la atención de niñas(os) con necesidades educativas especiales de la Unidad Educativa La Ronda.
Los niños tienen necesidades educativas especiales que luego de una valoración y diagnóstico de un especialista, y porque no decirlo de un docente así lo estima conveniente, la tarea es ardua y las capacitaciones resultan de vital importancia, siempre y cuando la parte administrativa brinde el seguimiento necesario.
Los docentes aun necesitan aplicar una variedad de estrategias para atender la diversidad educativa de la mejor manera, es por tal razón que los docentes deben comprometerse a aplicar estrategias innovadoras y motivadoras para lograr un aprendizaje de calidad.
A través de esta investigación se constató la problemática que presentan dicho maestros en la aplicación de estrategias adecuadas en las diferentes necesidades educativas especiales que llegan a la escuela, la falta de recursos apropiados para cada necesidades educativas especiales, la poca capacitación de autoridades educativas para preparar a los docentes para esta modalidad, es por eso que es de suma importancia este trabajo porque él nos hará reflexionar sobre la importancia de una buena preparación al docente y además del valor que tiene el trabajo para atender con más éxito la inclusividad. | es_ES |
