dc.descriptionThe article analyzes the organizational climate in District 12D04 Ventanas - Quinsaloma, focusing on how it influences productivity and quality of service. Highlights the importance of organizational behavior and its dimensions: empowerment, commitment, purpose, customer focus, change creation, communication, coordination and teamwork. Using the EDCO Scale, strengths were identified, such as adherence to standards and the identity of workers with the institution, and areas for improvement related to communication. With a high level of reliability in the results, the study suggests that a good work environment promotes commitment and efficiency. Finally, periodic evaluations and training are recommended to improve the work environment and guarantee quality service to users.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl artículo analiza el clima organizacional en el Distrito 12D04 Ventanas - Quinsaloma, enfocándose en cómo influye en la productividad y calidad del servicio. Destaca la importancia del comportamiento organizacional y sus dimensiones: empoderamiento, compromiso, propósito, enfoque al cliente, creación del cambio, comunicación, coordinación y trabajo en equipo. Usando la Escala EDCO, se identificaron fortalezas, como la adherencia a normas y la identidad de los trabajadores con la institución, y áreas de mejora relacionadas con la comunicación. Con un alto nivel de confiabilidad en los resultados, el estudio sugiere que un buen clima laboral promueve el compromiso y eficiencia. Finalmente, se recomiendan evaluaciones periódicas y capacitaciones para mejorar el entorno laboral y garantizar un servicio de calidad a los usuarios.es_ES
