dc.description | This study aimed to address the issue of athletic performance among child weightlifters in the River Sports Federation, specifically in relation to specific conditioning. The main objective of the research was to assess and enhance weightlifters' performance through tailored conditioning programs that meet their unique needs. Employing a mixed-methods approach that integrated quantitative and qualitative methods, data were gathered through physical tests, observations, and surveys. The anticipated outcomes aimed to provide a deeper understanding of the current state of child weightlifters' performance and enable the design of specialized training programs. Areas for improvement were identified, and specific strategies were implemented to optimize athletes' conditioning. It was expected that, as a conclusion, a significant improvement in weightlifters' athletic performance would be evidenced, reflected in increased strength, technique, and specific resistance for weightlifting. This study offers valuable insights for enhancing athletic performance in the child category, emphasizing the importance of personalized training programs tailored to individual athletes' categories. The conclusions were expected to contribute to the body of knowledge in sports training and provide practical guidelines for federations and coaches of child weightlifters. | es_ES |
