| dc.description | The present case study titled "Organizational management of the “Data Fiber” company in the city of Babahoyo, period 2023" has the general objective of evaluating the organizational management in the company by executing research techniques to improve productivity in its operations and thereby way to examine the performance of its processes both internally and externally in order to identify the shortcomings that limit the development of its operations, it also aims to identify the key processes that make up the organizational culture of the entity, seeking to have greater knowledge about the procedures and tactics that are applied, therefore the intention is to propose alternatives that help promote improvement in organizational management. Inductive and descriptive research methods were applied to reinforce the approach to the problem presented, information was collected through research instruments such as the swot matrix and a survey specifically directed in a structured manner towards the company manager. In addition, the theoretical bases were consolidated using various sources from expert authors in management and organizational culture. This is essential for the company, since the development of its activities, strategic decisions and plans focus mainly on productive efficiency, ensuring correct management of its processes, thus allowing it to contribute significantly to the improvement of the operations of the “Data Fiber” organization, achieving greater performance so that it is subsequently directed towards success. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso titulado " Gestión organizacional de la empresa “Data Fiber” en la ciudad de Babahoyo, periodo 2023" tiene como objetivo general evaluar la gestión organizacional en la empresa ejecutando técnicas de investigación para mejorar la productividad en sus operaciones y de esta manera examinar el desempeño en sus procesos tanto de manera interna y externa para así poder identificar las falencias que limitan el desarrollo de sus operaciones, además tiene como finalidad identificar los procesos claves que conforman la cultura organizacional de la entidad, buscando tener mayor conocimiento sobre los procedimientos y tácticas que se aplican, por consiguiente se tiene como intención plantear alternativas que ayuden a fomentar la mejora en la gestión organizacional. Se aplico los métodos de investigación inductivo y descriptivo para reforzar el enfoque de la problemática presentada, se recogió información a través de los instrumentos de investigación como la matriz FODA y una encuesta específicamente dirigida de manera estructurada hacia el gerente de la empresa. Además, se consolidaron las bases teóricas utilizando diversas fuentes de autores expertos en gestión y cultura organizacional. Esto es esencial para la empresa, ya que el desarrollo de sus actividades, decisiones estratégicas y planes se enfoquen principalmente en la eficiencia productiva, asegurando una correcta gestión en sus procesos, permitiendo así contribuir significativamente al mejoramiento de las operaciones de la organización “Data Fiber” logrando un mayor rendimiento para que posteriormente sea encaminada hacia el éxito. | es_ES |
