For this investigative work, the following objective is defined: to analyze the commercial management of the Frutadeli company at the Beata farm in the period 2023. This project is of utmost relevance, since it aims to find out the importance of commercial management within companies to good decision making and effective business development. Therefore, efficient commercial processes promote the growth, quality and profitability of the company in the market. It seeks to reach the public to offer and sell its products that meet their needs and customer satisfaction. For the execution of this project, instruments are implemented, both with a mixed approach methodology, given that the technique and the survey were established through them. At the same time, conclusions and recommendations were obtained.es_ES

dc.description.abstractFrutadeli es una empresa dedica a la venta y comercialización de Banano al nivel nacional e internacional. Para el presente trabajo investigativo se define el siguiente objetivo analizar la gestión comercial de la empresa Frutadeli en la hacienda Beata en el periodo 2023. Este proyecto es de suma relevancia, dado que pretende dar con la importancia de la gestión comercial dentro de las empresas para una buena toma de decisiones y un desarrollo comercial efectivo. Púes los procesos comerciales eficientes fomentan el crecimiento la calidad y rentabilidad de la empresa en el mercado. Esta busca llegar al público para ofrecer y vender sus productos, que se ajusten a sus necesidades y satisfacción de los clientes. Para la ejecución de este proyecto se implementan instrumentos, tanto de metodología con enfoque mixto, dado que a través de ellos se estableció la técnica como la encuesta. Al mismo tiempo se obtuvieron las conclusiones y recomendaciones.es_ES
