dc.description | Stroke is one of the leading causes of disability in older people, severely affecting mobility and quality of life. This study focuses on the development and evaluation of a physical therapy treatment plan for a 66-year-old female patient with sequelae of stroke. The research was conducted in three main phases: initial functional status assessment, design of the physical therapy program, and follow-up of treatment effectiveness. The initial assessment included the analysis of mobility, left arm spasticity and walking stability. These parameters made it possible to identify the patient's specific limitations and to establish clear rehabilitation goals. Based on the results, a physiotherapy program tailored to her needs was designed, incorporating techniques to improve muscle strength, coordination and mobility. Follow-up treatment showed significant improvements in the patient's functional ability, including a reduction in spasticity and improved walking stability. These results support the efficacy of the physical therapy program, aligning with existing evidence highlighting the importance of comprehensive and personalized rehabilitation for post-ACV recovery. The findings of this study contribute to the scientific evidence base on post-ACV rehabilitation. Evidence suggests that the combination of well-structured and personalized physiotherapeutic techniques can significantly improve the functionality and quality of life of patients with stroke sequelae. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
