dc.description.abstract | La gestión de recursos humanos se ha consolidado como un factor muy determinante para el éxito organizacional, este estudio analiza como la gestión de recursos humanos influye en el desempeño y le retención del personal en la ferretería, que se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo. La investigación que se realizó la evaluación los procesos tanto como la selección y la contratación del personal, la capacitación y el desarrollo, la gestión por el desempeño y las políticas que utilizan sobre la retención del personal. Al explorar estos componentes, se busca establecer la relación de calidad entre la gestión de recursos humanos y los niveles del desempeño y la retención del personal, estos resultados proporcionan estrategias efectivas para maximizar el desempeño, mejorar el clima laboral y promover la sostenibilidad y la competitividad de la sucursal, por último, este análisis ofrecerá valiosos puntos importantes que se aplicaran a otras entidades del sector. | es_ES |
