dc.description | The present study was developed in the Pimocha Rural Parochial GAD. This research focuses on training planning and its real impact on the job performance of staff. The main objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between the training plan implemented in the Pimocha Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government during the period 2023 and the job performance of its staff. The research methodology was descriptive because it explains the variables under study. As a result, it was established that there are training needs and that there is no formal process for establishing these needs; public servants prefer the online training methodology; there is a direct relationship between the training plan and job performance. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se desarrolló en el GAD Parroquial Rural Pimocha. Esta investigación se centra en la planificación de capacitación y su incidencia real en el desempeño laboral del personal. El objetivo principal de la investigación consistió en analizar la relación entre el plan de capacitación implementado en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Pimocha durante el periodo 2023 y el desempeño laboral de su personal. La metodología de la investigación fue descriptiva porque explica las variables objeto de estudio. Como resultados se estableció que existen necesidades de capacitación y que no existe un proceso formal para el establecimiento de estas necesidades; los servidores públicos prefieren la metodología de capacitación en línea; existe una relación directa entre el plan de capacitación y el desempeño laboral. | es_ES |
