dc.description | This work was carried out to characterize the productivity of rice cultivation subject to organic management, developed through the compilation of information in different freely available online sources, with the purpose of describing the organic management technologies used in rice producing areas and identifying the one that produces the best results when applied in the commercial management of the crop. Taking into account the extraordinary importance of rice as it is cultivated in 113 countries and is the staple food of more than half of the world's population. It is known that biotechnology has facilitated the development of new tools and knowledge that allow the design of more efficient and ecologically friendly organic fertilizers, contributing to the sustainability of agricultural systems and the conservation of the environment, such as the use of organic fertilization through its sources and application methods that show that it has not been covered in its entirety required by the crop with only organic sources. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo se realizó para caracterizar la productividad del cultivo de arroz sujeto a un manejo orgánico, desarrollado a través de la recopilación de la información en las distintas fuentes online de libre acceso, con la finalidad de describir las tecnologías de manejo orgánico que se usan en las zonas productoras de arroz e identificar la que mejor resultados produce al aplicarla en el manejo comercial del cultivo. Tomando en cuenta la extraordinaria importancia que tiene del arroz por ser cultivado en 113 países y ser el alimento básico de más de la mitad de la población mundial. Se sabe que la biotecnología ha facilitado el desarrollo de nuevas herramientas y conocimientos que permiten diseñar fertilizantes orgánicos más eficientes y ecológicamente amigos, contribuyendo a la sustentabilidad de los sistemas agrícolas y la conservación del medio ambiente, como es el uso de la fertilización orgánica a través de sus fuentes y métodos de aplicación que demuestran que no se ha llegado a cubrir en su totalidad requerida por el cultivo con solo fuentes orgánicas | es_ES |
