dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to analyze the initial impact of the "La Calle es Mía" Fair in the local community of Babahoyo. In the methodology of this study, a qualitative and documentary approach was implemented in which a survey was applied to the participants of the fair, in order to identify its initial impact on the local community and describe the tourist elements that make it up. The results showed that the majority of visitors are satisfied with the organization of the fair and highlighted a good level of execution and planning. In addition, a large number of Fair participants experienced improvements in the local economy, reflecting a positive impact on the economic growth of the community, also highlighting the appreciation of ethnic and cultural diversity. These aspects were considered fundamental to promote tourism in the Babahoyo canton, offering authentic experiences that reflect the local cultural wealth.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl propósito de esta investigación es analizar el impacto inicial de la Feria "La Calle es Mía" en la comunidad local de Babahoyo. En la metodología de este estudio se implementó un enfoque cualitativo y documental en el cual se aplicó una encuesta dirigida a los participantes de la feria, con el fin de identificar su impacto inicial en la comunidad local y describir los elementos turísticos que la conforman. Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría de los visitantes están satisfechos con la organización de la feria y destacaron un buen nivel de ejecución y planificación. Además, un gran número de participantes de la Feria experimentaron mejoras en la economía local, lo que refleja un impacto positivo en el crecimiento económico de la comunidad, también destacó la valoración de la diversidad étnica y cultural. Estos aspectos fueron considerados fundamentales para fomentar el turismo en el cantón Babahoyo, ofreciendo auténticas experiencias que reflejan la riqueza cultural local.es_ES
