dc.description | In this study, the problem of human talent management in the GAD of Puebloviejo was addressed during the period 2023, with the main objective of understanding what the situation was like in the entity to consequently establish suggestions that allow improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its functions. To carry out this research, interviews were applied to a sample of employees and a survey was conducted to the Director of the Human Talent Department of the government entity where problems of job dissatisfaction and difficulty in attracting qualified personnel were identified. dc.description.abstract | En este estudio se abordó el problema de la gestión de talento humano en el GAD de Puebloviejo durante el período 2023, con el objetivo principal de entender el cómo era la situación en la entidad para consecuentemente establecer sugerencias que permitan mejorar la eficacia y eficiencia de sus funciones. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se aplicaron entrevistas a una muestra de empleados y una encuesta a la Directora del Departamento de Talento Humano de la entidad gubernamental en donde se identificaron problemas de insatisfacción laboral y dificultad para atraer personal calificado.
