dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Parroquial Descentralizado de Febres Cordero en el periodo 2023 ha priorizado la atención al usuario como un eje fundamental de su gestión. Esta entidad ha implementado diversas estrategias para mejorar la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos a la comunidad, promoviendo la participación ciudadana y garantizando el acceso equitativo a las prestaciones gubernamentales, durante el año 2023, se han fortalecido los canales de comunicación entre la población y el gobierno parroquial, facilitando la recepción de consultas, quejas y sugerencias por parte de los usuarios, se han establecido mecanismos ágiles y eficientes para la atención de trámites administrativos, reduciendo tiempos de espera y optimizando los recursos disponibles.
