Additionally, the lack of specialization in human resources can result in inefficient selection processes and the inability to identify and develop employees' potential. Professional development is limited by the lack of training opportunities. Internal communication is also a challenge, as importance hinders the flow of information. The variety of roles in the parish makes talent management difficult. The lack of incentives affects staff motivation and their commitment to the company's goals. dc.description.abstract | En este presente estudio de caso hace referencia a los aspectos de la gestión del talento humano en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de San Juan en el periodo 2022 – 2023, se enfrenta algunos desafío uno de ellos y la limitación de capacidad recursos lo que dificulta la implementación de programas de desarrollo de talento y la retención del personal calificado además la falta de especialización en recursos humanos puede resultar en procesos de selección ineficientes y en la incapacidad de identificar y desarrollar el potencial de los empleados. El desarrollo profesional se ve limitado por la carencia de oportunidades de formación. La comunicación interna también es un reto, ya que la jerarquía dificulta el flujo de información. La variedad de roles en la parroquia dificulta la gestión del talento. El déficit de incentivos afecta a motivación del personal y su compromiso con las metas de la empresa. Se necesitan soluciones adaptadas al contexto de la parroquia para superar los desafíos y así mejorar en la gestión del talento humano. | es_ES |
