dc.description | This case study analyzes the challenges faced by the Disensa franchisee in Vinces, Ecuador, highlights important points in its sales management, marketing and market segmentation, standards to determine its stability and growth, with the purpose of examining sales management in the Disensa hardware store during the period 2023. The research highlights the need to adapt sales strategies to local dynamics and improve communication with customers to increase customer acquisition and retention. A quantitative and qualitative method is proposed through surveys of potential customers and sales teams to collect data on brand awareness, the effectiveness of the sales process and the effectiveness of communication and training strategies. The results show mixed brand perceptions among consumers, many of whom are not familiar with Disensa and its products. However, awareness of the importance of personalized advice and product variety in purchasing decisions is very high. dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso analiza los desafíos que afronta el franquiciado Disensa en Vinces, Ecuador, resalta puntos importantes en su gestión de ventas, marketing y segmentación de mercado, normas para determinar su estabilidad y crecimiento, con la finalidad de examinar la gestión de ventas en la ferretería Disensa durante el período 2023. La investigación resalta la necesidad de adaptar las estrategias de ventas a las dinámicas locales y mejorar la comunicación con los clientes para aumentar la captación y retención de clientes. Se propone un método cuantitativo y cualitativo mediante encuestas a clientes potenciales y equipos de ventas para recopilar datos sobre el conocimiento de la marca, la efectividad del proceso de ventas y la efectividad de las estrategias de comunicación y capacitación Los resultados muestran percepciones de marca mixtas entre los consumidores, muchos de los cuales no están familiarizados con Disensa y sus productos. Sin embargo, la conciencia de la importancia del asesoramiento personalizado y la variedad de productos en las decisiones de compra es muy alta.
