Gestión administrativa en el Comercial Oruliaceros de la ciudad de Babahoyo periodo 2023.

| dc.description | This case study was conducted in the city of Babahoyo, focusing on the Administrative Management of Comercial Oruliaceros in Babahoyo during the year 2023. It is based on a thorough analysis of the administrative practices implemented by the company. The aim is to identify the factors that impact the performance of administrative management in Comercial Oruliaceros, taking into account the various problems that arose in the different functions and areas of the company, which resulted in inefficiencies in its control system. As a result, management indicators were established to facilitate the measurement and evaluation of administrative performance. For the correct execution of the case study, the research line “Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit, Control” was considered, which is related to the subline “Public and Private Companies and Institutions”. This allows determining a direct interaction between customers, collaborators, and the company. In addition, this work is articulated through the project of linking with society called “Young Entrepreneurs for the Encounter”, based on the idea that knowledge and practice are fundamental for emerging businesses and ventures. This analytical work concludes with the fulfillment of the objective of the study, which allowed to analyze the administrative management processes of Comercial Oruliaceros in Babahoyo during the year 2023. Therefore, the execution has been very satisfactory, considering that through the application of surveys as a research tool, the presence of organizational deficiencies that were found in the company was identified and corroborated. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Babahoyo, donde se centralizó en la Gestión Administrativa del Comercial Oruliaceros en Babahoyo durante el año 2023. Se basa en un estudio exhaustivo de las prácticas administrativas implementadas por la empresa. Con el objetivo de identificar los factores que impactan el desempeño de la gestión administrativa en el Comercial Oruliaceros, teniendo en cuenta las diversas problemáticas que surgieron en las diferentes funciones y áreas de la empresa, lo que resultó en ineficiencias en su sistema de control. Como resultado, se pudo establecer indicadores de gestión que facilite la medición y evaluación del rendimiento administrativo. Para la correcta realización del estudio de caso, se consideró la línea de investigación "Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control", que se relaciona con la sub línea "Empresas e Instituciones Públicas y Privadas". Esto consiente en comprobar una interacción directa entre los clientes, los colaboradores y la empresa. Además, este trabajo se articula a través del proyecto de vinculación con la sociedad denominado "Jóvenes Emprendedores por el Encuentro", basándose en la idea de que los conocimientos y la práctica son fundamentales para los emprendimientos y negocios emergentes. Este trabajo analítico concluye con el cumplimiento del objetivo de estudio, que permitió Analizar los procesos de gestión administrativa del Comercial Oruliaceros en Babahoyo durante el año 2023. Por lo tanto, la ejecución ha sido muy satisfactoria, teniendo en cuenta que a través de la aplicación de encuestas como herramienta de investigación, se identificó y corroboró la presencia de deficiencias organizacionales que se encontraban en la empresa. | es_ES |
