| dc.description | The objective of this study is to analyze the administrative management processes that influence the San Juan Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government, period 2023, knowing that it is directly related to the administrative process, that is; with planning, organization, direction and control. The study has allowed us to determine how citizens value the administration, with an important part of the internal clients being the ones who rate the GAD's management to satisfy their needs as a community. The descriptive approach is used as a methodology for collecting information, surveys will be used as a research technique and a questionnaire will be implemented as a research instrument, in order to obtain the data to carry out the appropriate analysis, the necessary information was obtained. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los procesos de la gestión administrativa que influye en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural San Juan, periodo 2023, sabiendo que está relacionada de manera directa con el proceso administrativo, esto es; con la planeación, organización, dirección y control. El estudio nos ha permitido determinar como la ciudadanía valora la administración, siendo parte importante de los clientes internos quienes son los que califican la gestión del GAD para satisfacer sus necesidades como comunidad. Se usa el enfoque descriptivo como metodología para la recolección de la información, como técnica de investigación se utilizará a las encuestas y como instrumento investigativo se implementará un cuestionario, con el fin obtener los datos para realizar el análisis adecuado, se obtuvo la información necesaria. | es_ES |
