dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso titulado “Marketing comercial del almacén Montoya en el cantón Vinces durante el periodo 2023” dedicados a la compra y venta al por menor de artículos para el hogar, se tiene como finalidad analizar las estrategias de marketing, la satisfacción de los clientes y las técnicas de ventas, lo cual permitirá la determinación de diversos factores que sustentan el plan de actividades con el propósito de dar recomendaciones con el objetivo de mejorar las ventas en el almacén. Con el propósito de cumplir los objetivos planteados se utilizó técnicas de recolección de datos como encuestas a los clientes y una entrevista al gerente para así tener un mejor panorama de la situación problemática que enfrenta el almacén Montoya, para luego hacer una mejor toma de decisión acerca del marketing comercial. | es_ES |
