dc.description | The administrative management in the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government (GAD) of San Francisco de Puebloviejo focused on several key aspects that positively impacted local development and the quality of life of citizens, measures were implemented to strengthen transparency and accountability in all administrative activities. This was achieved by digitizing processes, publishing detailed financial information and promoting citizen participation in decision-making. Regarding financial management, efficiency in the use of public resources was prioritized. Periodic internal audits were carried out to guarantee the proper management of municipal funds, and control mechanisms were established to prevent their misuse. In the area of planning and development, a strategic plan was prepared and executed that included projects aimed at improving basic infrastructure, promoting local economic development and promoting environmental sustainability. In addition, we worked in close collaboration with other institutions and organizations to maximize the impact of the implemented initiatives. Human talent management was another relevant aspect during the aforementioned period. Actions were carried out to strengthen the capabilities of municipal personnel through training and training programs, with the aim of improving the provision of public services and promoting a favorable work environment. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La gestión administrativa en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) Municipal San Francisco de Puebloviejo se centró en varios aspectos clave que impactaron positivamente en el desarrollo local y en la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, se implementaron medidas para fortalecer la transparencia y la rendición de cuentas en todas las actividades administrativas. Esto se logró mediante la digitalización de procesos, la publicación de información financiera detallada y la promoción de la participación ciudadana en la toma de decisiones. En cuanto a la gestión financiera, se priorizó la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos públicos. Se llevaron a cabo auditorías internas periódicas para garantizar el adecuado manejo de los fondos municipales, y se establecieron mecanismos de control para prevenir el mal uso de los mismos. En el ámbito de la planificación y el desarrollo, se elaboró y ejecutó un plan estratégico que contempló proyectos orientados a mejorar la infraestructura básica, impulsar el desarrollo económico local y promover la sostenibilidad ambiental. Además, se trabajó en estrecha colaboración con otras instituciones y organismos para maximizar el impacto de las iniciativas implementadas. La gestión del talento humano fue otro aspecto relevante durante el período mencionado.
