dc.description | In the public administrative field, in order to comply with its obligations and duties, it must provide a variety of services that allow the community to carry out its procedures in a simplified manner, being one of the alternatives that promises greater efficiency in its processes. For this reason, the objective of the present investigation is to determine the impact of the online services of the SRI in the Babahoyo agency in the resolution of tax procedures in the period 2021. For this, a non-experimental methodology was applied, of an applied, descriptive and explanatory, as a technique a survey based on the Likert scale was used, and as a sample 177 taxpayers. Where it was obtained as a result that taxpayers consider that online services can improve the attention that users receive, however, there must be a catalog that allows them to know the management to facilitate the use of the platform. In conclusion, it was evidenced that there is a direct significant correlation of (0.279), located at the p<0.01 level, between the variables Online Services of the SRI and Resolution of tax procedures. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En el ámbito administrativo público, para cumplir con sus obligaciones y deberes debe brindar variedad de servicios que le permite a la comunidad realizar sus trámites de manera simplificada, siendo una de las alternativas que promete mayor eficiencia en sus procesos. Por ello la investigación presente tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto de los servicios en línea del SRI en la agencia de Babahoyo en la resolución de los trámites tributarios en el periodo 2021. Para ello se aplicó una metodología no experimental, de carácter aplicada, descriptiva y explicativa, como técnica se utilizó una encuesta basada en la escala de Likert, y como muestra a 177 contribuyentes. Donde se obtuvo como resultado que los contribuyentes consideran que los servicios en línea pueden mejorar la atención que los usuarios reciben, sin embargo, se debe contar con un catálogo que les permita conocer el manejo para facilitar el uso de la plataforma. En conclusión, se evidenció que existe una correlación significativa directa de (0.279), ubicándose en el nivel p<0.01, entre las variables Servicios en Línea del SRI y Resolución de los tramites tributarios. | es_ES |
