dc.descriptionThe study case titled "Motivations of Tourists with Sensory Disabilities in Selecting Tourist Destinations" analyzes the reasons behind the choices of tourist destinations by people with sensory disabilities. Through this research, the motivations, desires and challenges that influence the travel decision of this specific demographic group. To achieve this objective, exploratory research with a quantitative approach was carried out, using the survey technique as a data collection tool. The survey was applied to the “Federación Nacional de Personas Sordas del Ecuador” (FENASEC) in the city of Quito. In order to carry out the research, a questionnaire specially designed for this purpose was designed and applied. This methodological approach made it possible to obtain quantitative data on the motivations and preferences of tourists with sensory disabilities in their process of selecting tourist destinations.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso titulado "Motivaciones del Turista con Discapacidad Sensorial en la Selección de Destinos Turísticos" analiza las razones detrás de las elecciones de destinos turísticos por parte de personas con discapacidades sensorial. A través de esta investigación, se exploran las motivaciones, deseos y desafíos que influyen en la toma de decisiones de viaje de un grupo demográfico específico. Para lograr este objetivo, se realizo una investigación exploratoria que adopto un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando la técnica de encuesta como herramienta para la recolección de información. La encuesta se aplico a la Federación Nacional de Personas Sordas del Ecuador (FENASEC) de la ciudad de Quito. Para llevar a cabo la investigación se diseñó un cuestionario especialmente elaborado para este propósito. Este enfoque metodológico permitió obtener datos cuantitativos sobre las motivaciones y preferencias de los turistas con discapacidad sensorial en su proceso de selección de destinos turísticos.es_ES
