dc.description | This study focuses on Cooprudiseño, a textile production cooperative located in Babahoyo, Ecuador, specializing in custom clothing manufacturing. As the digital era has become a crucial factor in the business world, Cooprudiseño faces the challenge of adapting to this constantly evolving digital environment to maintain its competitiveness in 2022. Despite the importance of digital strategies, the company faces challenges such as a lack of experience in digital tools and understanding the changing preferences of online consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate effective digital strategies that will enable Cooprudiseño to enhance its online presence and customer interaction in 2022. This includes building a strong theoretical foundation related to digital strategies, conducting interviews with experts in the field, and recommending specific strategies to strengthen the company's digital presence. Key concepts such as digital strategy, digital marketing, user experience, and e-commerce are highlighted, as they are essential for understanding and addressing the challenges and opportunities that Cooprudiseño faces on its path to digitalization. This research is relevant not only to Cooprudiseño but also to other companies in the business environment of Babahoyo and the textile industry in general. The effective implementation of digital strategies can improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and open up new growth opportunities. dc.description.abstract | Este estudio se centra en Cooprudiseño, una cooperativa de producción textil ubicada en Babahoyo, Ecuador, que se especializa en la confección a medida de prendas de vestir. A medida que la era digital se ha convertido en un factor crucial en el mundo empresarial, Cooprudiseño se enfrenta al desafío de adaptarse a este entorno digital en constante evolución para mantener su competitividad en el año 2022. A pesar de la importancia de las estrategias digitales, la empresa enfrenta desafíos, como la falta de experiencia en herramientas digitales y la comprensión de las cambiantes preferencias de los consumidores en línea. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar y evaluar estrategias digitales efectivas que permitan a Cooprudiseño mejorar su presencia en línea y su interacción con los clientes durante el año 2022. Esto incluye la elaboración de una base teórica sólida relacionada con estrategias digitales, entrevistas con expertos en el campo y la recomendación de estrategias específicas para fortalecer la presencia digital de la empresa. Además, se destacan conceptos clave, como la estrategia digital, el marketing digital, la experiencia del usuario y el comercio electrónico, que son fundamentales para comprender y abordar los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrenta Cooprudiseño en su camino hacia la digitalización.
