dc.description | Through the realization of this case study, focusing on the work environment, which allowed us to have an object of study focusing on analyzing the factors that influence the work environment of the J&ARIAS Occasional Services company, through the use of research tools, for the improvement of the organizational environment, leading to the fulfillment of that objectivity, as well as the identification of various aspects that arise in the work environment, considering as a scientific basis the use of information collected in texts, articles and investigative journals as well as university repositories. Therefore, this type of case study allowed, through the use of surveys that were applied to the company's collaborators, to identify the behaviors that are developed during the execution of tasks in the establishment, with the purpose of knowing the perspective more detailed information about the work environment and business policies. Which leads to determining that through the research tools it is possible to detect the non-conformities or problems that arise in each process executed internally, therefore, the use of the information would be proposed to the Occasional Services company J&ARIAS. which rests on this work, with the purpose of having supported and verified bases around the different procedures that are carried out in your organization, based on what was analyzed for the 2022 period. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | A través de la realización del presente caso de estudio, enfocándose en el entorno de labores, el cual, permitió contar con un objeto de estudio centrándose en analizar los factores que influyen en el clima laboral de la empresa de Servicios Ocasionales J&ARIAS, mediante el uso de herramientas de investigación, para el mejoramiento del entorno organizacional, conllevando al cumplimiento de aquella objetividad, como también a la identificación de diversos aspectos que se presentan en el ambiente de trabajo, considerando como base científica el uso de información reposada en textos, artículos y revistas investigativas como también repositorios de universidades.
Por lo tanto, este tipo de caso de estudio permitió a través de la utilización de encuestas que se aplicaron a los colaboradores de la empresa, identificar los comportamientos que se desarrollan durante la ejecución de labores en el establecimiento, con la finalidad de conocer la perspectiva más detallada sobre el clima laboral y las políticas del negocio. Lo cual, conlleva a determinar que a través de las herramientas de investigación se puede detectar las inconformidades o problemas que se presentan en cada proceso ejecutado de manera interna, por lo tanto, se propondría a la empresa de Servicios Ocasionales J&ARIAS el uso de la información que reposa en el presente trabajo, con el propósito, de contar con bases sustentadas y verificadas entorno a los diferentes procedimientos que se llevan a cabo en su organización, con base a lo analizado del periodo 2022 | es_ES |
