dc.description.abstract | La investigación se basó en analizar la gestión administrativa de Hacienda Monterreal S.A. en la Parroquia Febres Cordero. Se identificaron problemas en la comunicación interna, la capacitación de los empleados y el ambiente laboral estos problemas afectan la eficiencia operativa y la rentabilidad de la empresa se recomendó mejorar la comunicación interna, desarrollar programas de capacitación y promover la mejora continua.
