dc.description.abstractLa investigación se basó en analizar la gestión administrativa de Hacienda Monterreal S.A. en la Parroquia Febres Cordero. Se identificaron problemas en la comunicación interna, la capacitación de los empleados y el ambiente laboral estos problemas afectan la eficiencia operativa y la rentabilidad de la empresa se recomendó mejorar la comunicación interna, desarrollar programas de capacitación y promover la mejora continua. La participación activa de los empleados en la toma de decisiones también se destacó como un recurso valioso, en última instancia, se enfatizó que abordar estos problemas no solo mejora la eficiencia operativa, sino que también fortalece la reputación y la imagen de la empresa en el mercado, generando mayor confianza entre los trabajadores y los clienteses_ES
