dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de la investigación realizada en la empresa NOVAGRIC S.A para dar a conocer la logística que implementa la empresa y la satisfacción de los clientes al esperar mucho día sus productos tiene como objetivo analizar el área de logística para mejorar el servicio, donde se realiza una investigación para saber cuáles son los problemas en el proceso logístico que está afectando la compañía y determinar el grado y cumplimiento que están realizando. Teniendo en cuenta que la logística es una de las áreas más importante dentro de una organización porque es quien se encarga del producto y de la satisfacción del cliente al recibir su entrega final.
