Establishing clear and two-way communication channels is essential to encourage feedback and strengthen employees' sense of belonging, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement more efficiently. Finally, performance management must be reviewed and improved, including periodic evaluations, clear and achievable goals, and constant feedback for employee development. dc.description.abstractLa gestión del talento humano en el Hípermarket "Su Kasa" se enfrenta a desafíos cruciales que exigen una atención constante para asegurar el éxito y la eficiencia organizativa. En primer lugar, se requiere una mejora en el proceso de selección y reclutamiento, enfocándose en la identificación precisa de perfiles adecuados, evaluaciones más exhaustivas de habilidades y competencias, y entrevistas estructuradas para evaluar la idoneidad de los candidatos. Además, es esencial implementar estrategias de retención de talento, como programas de capacitación y desarrollo profesional, junto con políticas de reconocimiento y recompensas para motivar y retener a los empleados. En segundo lugar, la comunicación interna necesita mejoras significativas. La falta de una comunicación efectiva puede llevar a malentendidos y descontento.
