| dc.description | The case study titled: Administrative Management in the Cantonal Sports League of Balzar, has the general objective of evaluating administrative management through an analysis of the planning process to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the institution, in which the causal method was applied. -root and techniques such as documentary analysis and SWOT matrix necessary to determine how to conclude: that the administrative management carried out by the institution was analyzed through a documentary analysis where several necessary aspects were identified that the sports technical sheets must entail to segment into age groups, identity document, physical condition, residence and observation of the athlete; The latent weaknesses are the lack of organization, non-existence of administrative management, training deficit, low support from private institutions, lack of planning, and non-existence of a website; Business administrative policies and guidelines that do not help to execute adequate decision making are: lack of policy and demonstration standards, non-compliance with activities, deficit in personnel evaluation, and poor formulation of clear and concrete objectives. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El caso de estudio titulado: Gestión Administrativa en la Liga Deportiva Cantonal de Balzar, tiene como objetivo general evaluar la gestión administrativa mediante un análisis de proceso de planificación para mejorar la eficacia y la eficiencia en la institución, en el cual se aplicó el método causa-raíz y las técnicas tales como análisis documental y matriz FODA necesarias para determinar cómo conclusión: que la gestión administrativa que lleva la institución fue analizada a través de un análisis documental donde se identificó varios aspectos necesarios que deben conllevar las fichas técnicas deportivas para segmentar en grupos etarios, documento de identidad, condición física, residencia y observación del deportista; las debilidades latentes son la falta de organización, inexistencia de gestión administrativa, déficit de capacitación, bajo apoyo de instituciones privadas, falta de planificación, e inexistencia de página web; las políticas y directrices administrativas empresariales que no ayudan a que se ejecute una toma de decisión adecuada son: escasez de normas de políticas y demostrativas, incumplimiento de actividades, déficit en evaluación del personal, y la mala formulación de objetivos claros y concretos. | es_ES |
