formation of students of the Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, Babahoyo Extension. For the
development of this research were taken as background studies already developed on the subject,
its methodology focused on a field study and literature review, surveys were conducted with
students of the institution and interviews with teachers of the same, where it was concluded that it
is necessary to propose an academic plan of training on the proper use of social networks in

dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo Determinar la contribución de las redes
sociales en la formación de los estudiantes de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo Extensión
Quevedo. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se tomaron como antecedentes estudios ya
desarrollados en la temática, su metodología se enfocó en un estudio de campo y revisión
bibliográfica, se desarrollaron la toma de encuestas a los alumnos de la institución y entrevistas a
docentes de la misma, en donde se llegó a la conclusión de que es necesaria la propuesta de un
