dc.description | The communication plan consists of using the tools that allow to strategically
establish the way in which an organization communicates with its target audience. This plan
includes the analysis of the audience, the communication objectives, the messages to be
transmitted, the communication channels to be used, the necessary budget, the calendar of
activities and the evaluation of the results obtained.
The communication plan is fundamental to guarantee an effective and coherent
communication with the organization's objectives, which can have a positive impact on its
reputation and the achievement of its goals. The methodology of this research includes
modalities of analysis, types of research, methods and techniques and tools applied to the
populations involved.
The proposal aims to optimize the tourism promotion of places with tourist
attractions in the canton of Quevedo in order to increase the influx of visitors and thus ensure
the socioeconomic and cultural growth of the canton. For this study of the current case of
tourism, the data obtained from the criticisms of the neighbors of the areas near the city are

de manera estratégica la forma en que una organización se comunica con su público objetivo.
Este plan incluye el análisis de la audiencia, los objetivos de comunicación, los mensajes a
transmitir, los canales de comunicación a utilizar, el presupuesto necesario, el calendario de
actividades y la evaluación de los resultados obtenidos.
El plan comunicacional es fundamental para garantizar una comunicación efectiva y
coherente con los objetivos de la organización, lo que puede tener un impacto positivo en su
reputación y en el logro de sus metas, la metodología de esta investigación comprende
modalidades de análisis, tipos de investigación, métodos y técnicas y herramientas aplicadas
a las poblaciones involucradas.
La propuesta tiene como objetivo optimizar la promoción turística de los lugares con
atractivos turísticos del cantón Quevedo con el fin de incrementar la afluencia de visitantes
y así asegurar el crecimiento socioeconómico y cultural del cantón. Para este estudio del
caso actual del turismo son de gran importancia los datos obtenidos a raíz de las críticas de
