| dc.description | This case study was carried out with the purpose of knowing the impact that the gastronomic fair of the Olmedo house in the city of Babahoyo has generated, carried out in the month of September 2022, where the following research question was planned. How does the gastronomic fairs of the house of Olmedo impact tourism development? Regarding the objectives, the following general objective was elaborated: Analyze the tourist impact of gastronomic fairs in Olmedo's house. in order to know the tourist impact that this type of fair leaves to favor the community. The technology used for this research work, established a mixed approach because qualitative and quantitative research techniques were used since the survey technique was achieved, which was applied through the Google Forms tool by email, and surveys aimed at different restaurant owners and administrators, as a result of these applied techniques, the final result is reached in which 98.9% express that this type of gastronomic fairs are important for tourism development and should continue to increase in the canton. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se lo realiza con el propósito de conocer el impacto que ha generado la feria gastronómica de la casa de Olmedo de la ciudad de Babahoyo, realizada en el mes de septiembre del 2022 donde se planeó la siguiente pregunta de investigación ¿De qué manera impacta las ferias gastronómicas de la casa de Olmedo en el desarrollo turístico? En cuanto a los objetivos se elaboró el siguiente objetivo general: Analizar el impacto turístico de las ferias gastronómicas en la casa de Olmedo. con el fin de conocer el impacto turístico que deja este tipo de ferias para favorecer a la comunidad. La metodología utilizada para este trabajo de investigación, estableció un enfoque mixto porque se utilizó técnicas de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa dado a que se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta que fue aplicada mediante la herramienta del google forms mediante correo electrónico, y encuestas dirigidas a diferentes personas dueños y administradores de restaurantes, a consecuencia de estas técnicas aplicadas se llega al resultado final que en un 98,9 % expresan que este tipo de ferias gastronómicas son importantes para el desarrollo turístico y se deben seguir ejecutando en el cantón. | es_ES |
