dc.descriptionPlayful activities are characterized by creating meaningful experiences based on games, dances, activities, exercises, etc.; that generate in the child a feeling of consolidated learning, because it gives them the necessary freedom to perform the actions while enjoying it. On the other hand, visuomotor coordination is the ability that is acquired in the first years of life and is perfected in the school stage, in such a way that it consists of the execution of controlled movements that require a lot of precision, being the organs of the eyes and hands used simultaneously. In this sense, the purpose of this research work is to analyze the influence of recreational activities on the development of visual-motor coordination in children from 3 to 4 years of the School of Basic Education Professor Carlos Coello Icaza, of the Vinces Canton. A mixed approach and descriptive-correlational research were proposed, selecting an intentional sample of 30 individuals (15 boys and 15 girls) and 14 teachers of the School of Basic Education Professor Carlos Coello Icaza. The visual-motor coordination test and the interview were applied. Results: Playful activities significantly influence the development of visual-motor coordination in children aged 3 to 4 years of the Professor Carlos Coello Icaza Basic Education School.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas actividades lúdicas se caracterizan por crear experiencias significativas a base de juegos, bailes, actividades, ejercicios, etc.; que generan en el niño una sensación de aprendizaje consolidado, porque les brinda la libertad necesaria para realizar las acciones mientras disfrutan de ella. Por su parte, la coordinación viso motriz es la habilidad que se adquiere en los primeros años de vida y se va perfeccionando en la etapa escolar, de tal manera que consiste en la ejecución de movimiento controlados que requieren de mucha precisión, siendo los órganos de los ojos y manos utilizados de manera simultánea. En este sentido, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito analizar la influencia que tienen las actividades lúdicas en el desarrollo de la coordinación viso - motriz en niños y niñas de 3 a 4 años de la Escuela de Educación Básica Profesor Carlos Coello Icaza, del Cantón Vinces. Se planteó una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo descriptiva – correlacional, seleccionando una muestra intencional de 30 individuos (15 niños y 15 niñas) y 14 docentes de la Escuela de Educación Básica Profesor Carlos Coello Icaza. Se aplicó el test de coordinación viso – motriz y la encuesta. Resultados: Las actividades lúdicas si influyen significativamente en el desarrollo de la coordinación viso- motriz en los niños y niñas de 3 a 4 años de la Escuela de Educación Básica Profesor Carlos Coello Icaza.es_ES
