The present project is directed to determine the incidence of a program of technical soccer strategies to improve the sports performance of children with physical disabilities, from the Specialized School December 3 of the Vinces canton, our problem starts from the observation in the special mini Olympics organized by the Pedagogy of Physical Activity and Sports Career, where a low sports performance in soccer was noted, despite being champions they did not have good techniques in handling the ball, pass-reception and shooting on goal. Methodology: for the elaboration of the research work, the experimental method and observation were chosen. Data collection techniques were applied, conducting 1 interview with the director, 19 surveys of 10 teachers, 1 physiotherapist and 8 students, with an exploratory, descriptive and experimental research design, where different documents were chosen to subtract our own conclusions and To reach the result of the investigation, through descriptive research it was possible to define, classify and divide the population and sample studied, finally the experimental method was used to implement the program of technical soccer strategies. Results: It was possible to verify that the students do not have good sports performance in soccer, they do not have Physical Education teachers, therefore, they do not know the techniques of this sport. Conclusions: our plan of technical strategies was put into practice and it was observed that little by little the children improved, but the final result will be seen when they participate in the special mini Olympics held at the Technical University of Babahoyo.es_ES
