The present investigation was carried out with the objective of evaluating the feeding in Rex rabbits, when supplying food it is advisable to keep the area free of diseases or a minimum amount, having an appropriate cleaning. The purpose of the investigation is to make known the feeding with Eriochloa polystachya and SafMannan grass, janeiro grass is a species used in forage with such appropriate characteristics to improve nutritional value, the complete SafMannan was also used in rabbit feeding, Since it serves to reinforce the immune system, in rabbits 10 grams were used in 1000 grams of balanced food, the initial weight was 400g. and increase in proportion to the consumption of the product. Rabbit breeding is a part of livestock, that is, the process of raising, raising and fattening rabbits and obtaining the maximum benefit from the sale of their products, the rabbit belongs to the group of minor animals because it is a carnivorous animal, pastures they are as efficient as ruminants in digesting fibrous feeds due to their microflora. French Rex Rabbit, very soft to the touch, short, no more than 13 mm long, medium breed, classified as ambidextrous, in total it can reach an average weight of 3,5 kg in adult breed. Most farmers use the traditional harvest model, feeding animals feed that does not meet minimum nutritional requirements, leading to high morbidity, reduced birth weight and weaning; Therefore, it is necessary to introduce new feeding options, such as the use of yeast, as an alternative that balances the nutritional needs of the rabbit. In this study we will be able to implement obtaining a maximum weight gain in the units of Rex rabbit animals, by implementing the use of yeasts (Saccharomyces spp) in the animal production in the diet, including Mannanologosaccharides and 1,3 and 1,6-glucans, is increasing, as it helps prevent the colonization of diseases by pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli and Clostridia, while increasing the number of beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract, positively affecting animal health.es_ES
