dc.description | In this case study was developed based on the research carried out in the hardware store "La Económica" of the city of Babahoyo, referring to the level of sales maintained by the aforementioned company. Using methods and techniques such as root cause, interview and survey to obtain information necessary to understand the factors involved in sales, it will be possible to find solutions for the company to take into account and improve the problems it has. In it I can see that the objective of studying the causes and problems of a company was met, taking into account that it will serve as a reference to apply in working life and avoid common mistakes in a company so that it can be successful. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se desarrolló en base a las investigaciones realizas en la ferretería “La Económica” de la cuidad de Babahoyo, referente al nivel de ventas que mantiene la empresa antes mencionada. Utilizando métodos y técnicas como causa raíz, entrevista y encuesta para obtener información necesaria para comprender los factores que intervinieron en las ventas, en el mismo se podrá encontrar soluciones para que la empresa la tome en cuenta y pueda mejorar los problemas con los que cuenta. En él se puedo observar que se cumplió con el objetivo de estudiar las causas y problemas de una empresa, tomando en cuenta que el mismo servirá como referencia para aplicar en la vida laboral y evitar errores comunes en una empresa para que pueda tener éxitos. | es_ES |
