| dc.description | The present case study proposes an internal investigation intervention in the decentralized autonomous government of the Vinces canton in the period 2022 in order to identify the administrative processes that are executed within it. The factors that influence the processes and management of this institution when carrying out internal and user service activities are identified. In the same way that problems are identified that are intended to be improved by applying theoretical bases that will allow to address practical activities that will grant improvements to the service provided to society and benefit the administrative activities carried out internally.The problem identified within this institution is based on the performance of the staff, specific administrative processes not applied correctly, such as the control and organization of daily activities, and a lack of tools, which implies an unfavorable service for the society that this institution represents. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio plantea una intervención interna de investigacion en el gobierno autónomo descentralizado del cantón Vinces en el periodo 2022, con el fin de identificar los procesos administrativos que se ejecuten dentro de este; se identifican los factores que influyen en los procesos y la gestión de esta institución al realizar las actividades interna y de servicio al usuario. En el mismo donde se identifican problemáticas las cuales se pretender mejorar aplicando bases teóricas que permitirán abordar las actividades practicas las cuales otorgaran mejoras al servicio brindado para la sociedad y beneficie las actividades administrativas que internamente se llevan a cabo. La problemática identificada dentro de esta institución se basa en el rendimiento del personal, procesos administrativos específicos no aplicados correctamente como el control y organización de las actividades diarias, déficit de herramientas lo que implica un servicio poco favorable para la sociedad la cual a esta institución representa. | es_ES |
