dc.description | This present research project was developed in order to identify the gastronomy and the tourist impact of the province of Los Ríos, research that was developed in the southern area of the aforementioned province.
The methodological process used allowed to collect the necessary information for the construction of this document, said information was collected through bibliographic sources, field and descriptive research and through the application of a survey it was possible to demonstrate the opinions of the users around gastronomy. and the tourism impact generated by this sector in the southern area of the province of Los Ríos.
The results obtained allowed us to define the current situation of the cantons, collecting first-hand information regarding the culinary gaps of the cantons in the southern area of the province of Los Ríos in order to carry out a survey of the places to provide users with information on the location, typical dishes, contacts, days and hours of operation.
In a previous survey of some food establishments, it was found that in some cases the owners of these businesses inherited the recipes and premises of their ancestors that were traditional in the region. Currently, gastronomy is considered one of the most sought-after attractions by tourists who are eager to discover new flavors that are made in our country. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este presente proyecto de investigación fue elaborado con el fin de identificar la gastronomía y el impacto turístico de la provincia de los Ríos, investigación que se desarrolló en la zona sur de dicha provincia ya mencionada.
El proceso metodológico empleado permitió levantar la información necesaria para la construcción del presente documento, dicha información fue recolectada mediante fuentes bibliográficas, de campo e investigación descriptiva y a través de la aplicación de una encuesta se logró evidenciar las opiniones de los usuarios en torno a la gastronomía y el impacto turístico que genera este sector en la zona sur de la provincia de los Ríos.
Los resultados obtenidos permitieron definir la situación actual de los cantones, recolectando información de primera mano respecto a las huecas culinarias de los cantones de la zona sur de la provincia de los ríos con el fin de realizar un levantamiento de los lugares para brindarles usuarios información de la ubicación, platos típicos, contactos, días y horarios de atención.
En un sondeo previo realizado a algunos locales de comidas se pudo conocer que en algunos casos los dueños de estos negocios heredaron las recetas y locales de sus ancestros que eran tradicionales en la región. En la actualidad la gastronomía es considerada uno de los atractivos más buscados por los turistas que están ávidos por conocer nuevos sabores que se elaboran en nuestro país. | es_ES |
