This through the analyzed information of the management used in the tourist center, in conjunction with a series of data collection techniques, such as the survey carried out on the inhabitants of the canton to know the satisfaction provided by the products and services offered, as well as an interview with the manager of the hacienda Las Colinas. Tourism management is essential in tourist centers, this is how it is known if the attraction is advancing towards the stated objective or if it remains stuck in ambiguity and the influx of tourists and economic growth are slowed down. For the development, descriptive, documented and bibliographical methods were used, with which the management used in Hacienda Las Colinas can be analyzed and described, as well as the advantage that the implementation of a marketing plan would have. As for the techniques used, these were the survey and interview, through which it was possible to collect information on each of the variables of the products and services offered in the tourist activity and the management that is carried out in it. When applying the survey, it was possible to show the needs that the attractiveness lacks, among them, improving the infrastructure, adding new recreational activities, implementing food in its menu, among others. While in the interview it was possible to know how the administrative management has been in recent years, in terms of the growth achieved, the management indicated that it has not been possible due to the pandemic, which in a certain way has prevented the expansion of new services.es_ES
