dc.description | The present research work is carried out on the basis of the academic training in professional development of the students of social communication of the Technical University of Babahoyo, for which it intends to promote the orientations that a communicative society must follow, introducing the necessary tools so that they can do your job efficiently thanks to the new production models that the market offers for professionals.
To solve the stated objective, surveys were applied to the students of Social Communication of the Technical University of Babahoyo. Of which it was determined that academic training should be considered as a primary segment to achieve success in the workplace, for this reason it is necessary to implement technological equipment and more hours of practical hours that serve to improve the curricular quality of each one of the students.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a workshop program that serves as a tool and aid for the academic training of students. Although we know that the educational process is strengthened by including practical exercises as learning tools in order to develop the skills and abilities that students have about these issues, preparing them so that in their professional future they can perform any job in the different media. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se ha realizado sobre la base de la formación académica en desarrollo profesional de los estudiantes de comunicación social de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, por lo que pretende promover las orientaciones que debe seguir una sociedad comunicadora introduciendo las herramientas necesarias para que puedan hacer su trabajo de manera eficiente gracias a los nuevos modelos de producción que el mercado ofrece para los profesionales.
Para resolver el objetivo planteado se aplicó encuestas a los estudiantes de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo. De las cuales se determinó que la formación académica debe ser considera como un segmento primordial para conseguir el éxito en el mundo laboral, por esta razón es necesaria la implementación de equipos tecnológicos y más tiempos de horas prácticas que sirvan para mejorar la calidad curricular de cada uno de los estudiantes.
Por lo que es necesario diseñar un programa de talleres que sirva de herramienta y ayuda para la formación académica de los estudiantes. Si bien sabemos que el proceso educativo se ve fortalecido al incluir el ejercicio práctico como herramientas de aprendizaje con el fin de desarrollar las destrezas y habilidades que tengan los estudiantes acerca de estos temas, preparándolos para que en su futuro profesional puedan desempeñar cualquier labor en los diferentes medios de comunicación. | es_ES |
