| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio busca dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿El Hotel del Parque es accesible? Donde su objetivo general es analizar el grado de accesibilidad que posee el Hotel del Parque para constatar si las instalaciones responden a las necesidades de las personas con movilidad reducida, mediante la investigación descriptiva utilizando el método cualitativo, a través de las técnicas de observación y entrevista, para lo cual se adaptó la ficha para el levantamiento de información correspondiente al Mintur, de tal manera que se realizó un breve cuestionario en el cual, se obtuvo como resultado que el establecimiento si es accesible y cuenta con una infraestructura adecuada en las instalaciones del hotel, brindando un servicio de calidad a este segmento de personas con movilidad reducida. | es_ES |
