dc.description | This research deals with the effectiveness of the use of the media for the promotion of gastronomic establishments in the Quevedo canton, the media currently play an important role in society, they have the responsibility to keep informed, objectively, accurately, educate, convey opinion, entertain, teach clearly and precisely. The research aims to: Determine the effectiveness of the use of the media for the promotion of gastronomic establishments in the Quevedo canton. Obtaining as results that at present the reports of interviews, videos that are generated through the media, radio, television, newspapers on gastronomy have a good acceptance and demand from the public that observe them, through which they can also be oriented, to be able to meet them and attend to taste part of the Quevedo culture that is represented through the gastronomy that is offered. For the development of information of the project that is presented, analytical and statistical methods will be applied, guiding to develop the conclusions on the effectiveness of the use of the media to promote their enterprises and increase the demand for their products and services. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación trata sobre la efectividad del uso de los medios de comunicación para la promoción de establecimientos gastronómicos del cantón Quevedo los medios de comunicación actualmente cumplen una importante función en la sociedad, tienen la responsabilidad de mantener informado, con objetividad, precisión, educar, transmitir opinión, entretener, enseñar de forma clara y precisa. La investigación tiene como objetivo: Determinar la efectividad del uso de los medios de comunicación para la promoción de establecimientos gastronómicos del cantón Quevedo. Obteniendo como resultados que en la actualidad los reportajes de entrevistas, videos que se generan a través de los medios de comunicación, radio, televisión, periódicos sobre gastronomía tiene una buena aceptación y demanda del público que los observan, mediante lo cual también se pueden orientar, poder conocerlos y asistir a degustar parte de la cultura quevedeña que es representada a través de gastronomía que se brinda. Para el desarrollo de información del proyecto que se presenta se aplicarán, métodos analíticos, estadísticos orientando a desarrollar las conclusiones sobre la efectividad del uso de los medios de comunicación para promocionar sus emprendimientos y aumentar la demanda de sus productos y servicios. | es_ES |
