dc.descriptionThe present objective of the research is to create and integrate a didactic guide of ludic activities for those who elaborate in the initial education cycle and in this way to be able to correctly practice physical culture in motor skills in children, doing an effective and dynamic job avoiding that there are injuries or damages in children, and most importantly, start a pre-sports activity according to the development of their basic motor skills through physical culture. This research emphasizes the importance of physical activity and the proper use of leisure time, knowing what types of exercises and how to perform them correctly through physical culture. The main objective is to create awareness in the initial children of the Isidro Ayora Cueva Educational Unit by transmitting to the students the purpose of physical education with basic motor skills in the school environment and the benefits that will be obtained with the elaboration of a guide. exercises to improve lifestyle and academic performance. For the study process, the research methodology was used, composed of the design that expresses its qualitative and transversal approach, then there is the modality that is documentary and field, second, the type of descriptive research, the methods that are inductive, deductive and analytical-synthetic, data collection techniques such as observation, anthropometric assessment and applied surveys to provide better knowledge and feasibility to the case study. Physical culture is of great importance planning to have an adequate development of motor skills by which we will know which to execute and which are appropriate for childrees_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente objetivo de la investigación es crear e integrar una guía didáctica de actividades lúdicas para quienes elaboran en el ciclo de educación inicial y de esta manera poder practicar correctamente la cultura física en las habilidades motrices en los niños, haciendo un trabajo efectivo y dinámico evitando que existan lesiones o daños en los niños, y lo más importante dar inicio a una actividad pre-deportiva acorde al desarrollo de sus habilidades motrices básicas mediante la cultura física. Esta investigación enfatiza la importancia de la actividad física y el uso adecuado del tiempo de ocio, conociendo que tipos de ejercicios y como realizarlos correctamente mediante la cultura física. El principal objetivo crear conciencia en los niños de inicial de la Unidad Educativa Isidro Ayora Cueva por ellos transmitir a los estudiantes el propósito de la educación física con las habilidades motrices básicas en el ámbito escolar y los beneficios que se obtendrán con la elaboración de una guía de ejercicios para mejorar el estilo vida y su rendimiento académico. Para el proceso de estudio se utilizó la metodología de la investigación, compuesta por el diseño que expresa su enfoque cualitativa y transversal luego se tiene la modalidad que es documental y de campo, segundo el tipo de investigación descriptivo, los métodos que son inductivo, deductivo, y analítico-sintético, las técnicas de recolección de datos como la observación, la valoración antropometría y las encuestas aplicadas para brindar un mejor conocimiento y factibilidad al caso de estudio. La cultura física es de gran importancia la planificación para tener un adecuado desarrollo de habilidades motrices por cual conoceremos cual ejecutar y cuáles son las adecuadas para los niños.es_ES
