dc.descriptionCattle represent a herd of cattle domesticated by man for their use and production. In other words, this group includes various herbivorous mammals domesticated to meet specific nutritional or economic needs. At the global level, beef production is booming since there is no mechanical-industrial development completed in several of the world's continents, which has affected the scarcity of pasture, accompanied by global warming, giving rise to extreme droughts. In Ecuador, livestock is one of the most demanded and important activities in the food sector, and those responsible for it must be prepared with all the knowledge and training in terms of their production. Therefore, the use of shrub legumes as silage was chosen as an alternative source of feed for cattle due to the benefits they provide. This research aims to record the benefits of using these legumes in the production of silage for cattle feeding. Where interpretive and exploratory methods of existing bibliographic data will be used in scientific journals, web pages, scientific articles, knowing that this exploratory technique of data compilation is the most. The legumes named above offer many benefits to the production system in combination with grass and other additives that optimize the nutritional benefits of this food.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos bovinos representan una manada de ganado domesticado por el hombre para su uso y producción. En otras palabras, este grupo incluye varios mamíferos herbívoros domesticados para satisfacer necesidades nutricionales o económicas específicas. A nivel mundial la producción de vacunos está en auge ya que no existe un desarrollo mecánico – industrial consumado en varios de los continentes a nivel mundial, lo ha incidido en la escasez de pastos, acompañado del calentamiento global, dando inicio a sequías extremas, En el Ecuador la ganadería es una de las actividades más demandadas e importantes del sector alimentario, y los responsables de la misma deben estar preparados con todos los conocimientos y capacitación en cuanto a producción de los mismos. Por ende, se optó por la utilización de leguminosas arbustivas a modo de ensilaje como fuente alternativa de alimento para bovinos por los beneficios que brindan. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo registrar los beneficios de la utilización de estas leguminosas en la elaboración de ensilaje para la alimentación de bovinos. Donde se utilizará métodos interpretativos y exploratorios de datos bibliográficos existentes en revistas científicas, páginas web, artículos científicos, sabiendo que esta técnica exploratoria de compilación de datos es la más. Las leguminosas nombradas anteriormente ofrecen muchos beneficios al sistema de producción en combinación con el pasto y otros aditivos que optimizan los beneficios nutricionales de este alimento.es_ES
