dc.description | The present investigation is carried out with the objective of determining how the sales management is being carried out in the company "Clean Master Los Ríos"? For this purpose, a quantitative methodology was used, which will allow the use of numerical data, in addition, a descriptive type of investigation was used, which goes hand in hand with what we want to demonstrate happens in the company, the methods used are the bibliographic and deductive with which the theoretical part is captured and the results are defined to reach the conclusions of the case study respectively. For the collection of information, the survey technique was used to obtain information from people in a primary way in a total of 6 respondents for which a structured questionnaire composed of 10 questions was applied and the interview with an unstructured questionnaire with 8 questions to the company's administrator with which the present case study could be developed. The research line with which this research is defined is the financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and as a sub-line was based on the Marketing and Commercialization that belongs to the career of Commerce. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realiza con el objetivo de ¿determinar de qué manera se está llevando a cabo la gestión de ventas en la empresa “Clean Master Los Ríos”? para tal efecto se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa que permitirá hacer uso de datos numéricos, además se usó el tipo de investigación descriptiva que va de la mano con lo que se desea demostrar sucede en la empresa, los métodos utilizados son el bibliográfico y el deductivo con lo cual se logra plasmar la parte teórica y definir los resultados para llegar a las conclusiones del estudio de caso respectivamente. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta que permitió obtener información de las personas de manera primaria en un total de 6 encuestados para lo cual se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado compuesto de 10 preguntas y la entrevista con un cuestionario no estructurado con 8 preguntas al administrador de la empresa con las cuales se pudo desarrollar el presente estudio de caso. La línea de investigación con la cual está definido esta investigación es la Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y de control y como sublínea se basó en la de Marketing y Comercialización que pertenece a la carrera de Comercio. | es_ES |
