dc.description | This research was conducted with a quantitative methodology that will allow observing what happens in the Gastroenterology Clinic (CTG) in the city of Babahoyo period 2021, based on specific reference theories. The aim is to answer research questions such as: What is the customer's perception of the services and products offered by the CTG company? How does customer satisfaction affect the sales of the CTG company? The type of descriptive research was applied in order to obtain the necessary information, the methods used were deductive and documentary, the former allowing us to go from the general to the specific information and the latter allowing us to obtain information from books, magazines, web pages, etc. The technique used was the survey with which precise information was obtained to reach the conclusions of the case, for this purpose a structured questionnaire was developed and applied to 63 people randomly from a population that is a client of the Gastroenterology Clinic (CTG) in the city of Babahoyo. The line of research used was financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and the subline was marketing and commercialization, which belongs to the commerce career. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con una metodología cuantitativa que permitirá observar lo que sucede en la Clínica de Gastroenterología (CTG) de la ciudad de Babahoyo periodo 2021, basados en teorías de referencia específicas. Se pretende contestar preguntas de investigación como: ¿Cuál es la percepción del cliente sobre los servicios y productos que ofrece la empresa CTG? ¿Cómo afecta la satisfacción del cliente en las ventas de la empresa CTG? Se aplicó el tipo de investigación descriptiva para poder obtener la información necesaria, los métodos utilizados fueron el deductivo y el documental, el primero que permite ir de lo general a lo especifico de la información y el segundo que nos permite obtener información de libros, revistas, páginas web, etc. La técnica que se utilizo es la encuesta con la cual se obtuvo la información precisa que permite llegar a las conclusiones del caso, para tal efecto se elaboró un cuestionario estructurado que se aplicó a 63 personas de manera aleatoria de una población que es cliente de la Clínica de Gastroenterología (CTG) de la ciudad de Babahoyo. La línea de investigación que se utilizo es Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y de control y la sublinea es Marketing y Comercialización que pertenece a la carrera de comercio. | es_ES |
