dc.description | The present case study focuses on the company AJE BIG COLA located in the Babahoyo canton in the Bypass of said city, dedicated to the production, distribution, and commercialization of mass consumption products that are in constant and permanent growth with a successful presence. in various Latin American countries, this study aims to analyze the distribution and marketing strategies applied by the company AJE BIG COLA in the market of the city of Babahoyo, with surveys and interviews which were applied to both Management and to the labor personnel and to wholesale clients, since the criteria of each one of them is of the utmost importance for the progress of the company, this was done with the purpose of obtaining information which is useful to make a detailed analysis of the different problems, With this, incidents were identified in the inventory processes, since by not doing it in a correct way, it causes c onfusions at the time of distribution, lack of communication between administrative staff, truck shortages, which delayed the arrival of products to wholesalers, on the other hand, poor control of supply and distribution of products by not implementing policies of requests to help with distribution. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso, se centra en la empresa AJE BIG COLA ubicada en el cantón Babahoyo en el Bypass de dicha ciudad, dedicándose a la producción, distribución y comercialización de productos de consumo masivo que se encuentran en constante y permanente crecimiento con presencia exitosa en diversos países de Latinoamérica, este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las estrategias de distribución y comercialización aplicadas por la empresa AJE BIG COLA en el mercado de la ciudad de Babahoyo, con la realización de encuestas y entrevistas las cuales fueron aplicadas tanto a la Gerencia como al personal laboral y a clientes mayoristas, ya que es de suma importancia los criterios de cada uno de ellos para el progreso de la empresa, esto se hiso con la finalidad de obtener información la cual sea útil para hacer un análisis detallado de los distintos problemas, con esto se identificaron incidencias en los procesos de inventarios, ya que al no realizar de una manera correcta, causa confusiones al momento de realizar las distribuciones, la falta de comunicación entre personal administrativo, déficit de camiones, los cuales retrasan la llegada de productos a los mayoristas, por otro lado, el deficiente control de abastecimiento y distribución de los productos al no implementar políticas de pedidos que ayuden con la distribución. | es_ES |
