dc.description | This study is called "sales level at the Patrik Comp technological development center in the Urdaneta canton, Catarama parish" and was carried out with the objective of analyzing the level of sales during the 2020-2021 period at the Patrik Comp technological development center, also with the contribution of the research line: Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and is part of the Financial Management, tax and social commitment subline, on the other hand, the application of the analytical-synthetic research method through the breakdown of the activities, resources and factors integrated in the commercialization of products
The techniques and instruments necessary to obtain information for this study include: the interview conducted through an interview form with the administrator of the Patrik COMP technological development center when considering the structuring of a questionnaire made up of eight open questions, the second technique is the structuring of a comparative matrix with the support of the Microsoft Excel office tool where information was entered regarding sales for the 2020-2021 period. Results are obtained that describe the sales process that takes place in the Technological Center Patrik Comp refers to the approach of the client to the premises, request for products or services, the seller checks the existence of products or availability on hangers, showcases or warehouse. of the technicians to perform the service, as well as the timing to perform the service, the product is shown to the customer, the value of the product or service is specified, billing, collection of products or services and product delivery. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este estudio se denomina “ nivel de ventas en el centro de desarrollo tecnológico Patrik Comp en el cantón Urdaneta parroquia Catarama” y se realizó con el objetivo de analizar el nivel de ventas durante el periodo 2020- 2021 en el centro de desarrollo tecnológico Patrik Comp, además con la contribución de la línea de investigación: Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y se enmarca en la sublínea Gestión Financiera, tributaria y compromiso social, por otro lado, la aplicación del método de investigación analítico – sintético mediante el desglose de los actividades, recursos y factores integrados en la comercialización de productos
Las técnicas y los instrumentos necesarios para obtener información para este estudio comprenden: la entrevista realizada mediante una Formulario de entrevista al administrador del centro de desarrollo tecnológico Patrik COMP al considerar la estructuración de un cuestionario conformada por ocho interrogantes abiertas, la segunda técnica es la estructuración de una matriz comparativa con el apoyo de la herramienta ofimática Microsoft Excel donde se ingresó información con respecto a las ventas del periodo 2020-2021.
Se obtienen resultados que describen el proceso de ventas que se realiza en el Centro Tecnológico Patrik Comp refiere al acercamiento del cliente al local, solicitud de los productos o servicios, el vendedor revisa en perchas, vitrinas o bodega la existencia de los productos o la disponibilidad de los técnicos para efectuar el servicio, así como, la temporalidad para efectuar el servicio, se muestra el producto al cliente, se especifica el valor del producto o servicio, facturación, cobro de productos o servicios y entrega de producto. | es_ES |
