| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se busca conocer el clima laboral de la empresa grupo Ronquillo Sandoya ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, el cual es un factor administrativo que interviene en el rendimiento de las empresas, el cual se ajusta a la línea de investigación utilizada en este tipo de investigaciones, teniendo como problemática central los diversos conflictos y discrepancias entre colaboradores de trabajo, para ello se indago con diversos autores tomadas de fuentes bibliográficas y con metodología cualitativa de tipo descriptivo con una técnica basada en encuesta para conocer el clima laboral de este negocio y así determinar la realidad y verificando la importancia que este ha tenido. | es_ES |
